Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
You can initiate your return or exchange here.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Can I wash the shoes?

Yes! Our shoes are machine washable. All you have to do is remove the insoles and throw them in the wash. Air dry and your shoes will come out looking brand new.

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Our warehouse team will fulfill the order within 1-2 days or receipt.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery within the US takes 2-5 days. You will be sent tracking information once your package has been shipped.

Are these shoes healthy for my child's feet?

Yes, our shoes are great for young children! Young children actually don't need ankle or arch support. In fact, it's healthiest for children to learn to walk barefoot, so they can develop muscles in their feet. When walking barefoot is not an option because of slippery floors or walking outside, our shoes are the next best thing.
